When I insert a SD card in a reader, the computer used to ask 'What do you want to do with this type of file'. Now it no longer asks. &nbsp;This is for my uncle who not very computer literate. &nbsp;He only wants to click on 'Upload using Picasa'. &nbsp;Instead, he has to put the card in his camera, connect with a USB cable, and go through a series of steps. <br />

As I said, this used to work just fine - it would ask what to do, he would click on Picasa and DONE.<br />

How can I reset to ask when he inserts the reader?<br />
