Entourage 2008 - not connecting with exchange

I use Entourage 2008 to connect to my work email and it was working fine until last week.
Last week, i upgraded to the Web Services Edition and since then, i have been unable to reconnect to the Exchange server. I have deleted the account and tried to set it up but it still says "Not Connected" on the folder list.

Our IT guys don't really provide a lot of support for macs but they did verify that the information that I am using is correct.

Can someone please provide assistance?
