Having issues using sonicwall netextender vpn

In trying to connect from a remote workstation(windows vista machine) to vpn into our network, able to get to sonic wall, but everytime it attempts to download and run netextender, the download is stopped and"rolled back". We've turned off every security, firewall, and antivirus on the local machine.
Any suggestions?

you can add the webpage to the list of trusted sites
you can also try going to mysonicwall.com and downloading the netextender straight from the website and installing it locally instead of via the web browser
What are you trying to connect NetExtender too - UTM or SSLVPN appliance?  If not SSLVPN appliance, I don't think you can download NetExtender from the MySonicWALL.com website.

Definitely add the SSLVPN site to your trusted list within IE.  Also try downloading via Firefox or another browser so it doesn't try and install from an Active X control.
