Thanks, Gary. I have searched through all formulas and cannot find a reference error. I have found what may be the root of the problem though and that is an external reference that no longer exists. However, I cannot break this link using the &quot;Break Link&quot; option in the &quot;Edit Links&quot; utility. Any insight as to why a link cannot be broken?<br />

After converting to Excel 2007, I get the message above. I have already gone through the usual approach of trying to 'Find&quot; {},[], etc. Can yo shed any light as to where else to look?
