driver for lexmark x5495

where can i find a driver for a lexmark x 5495 printer that is compatible with windows 7?
do i load the printer first and then the "patch" if a patch is called for?
do i uninstall the old lexmark printer first?  or does that happen automatically ?
im getting a announcement to take internet explorer i do it?

    Try this driver.

    It does say Windows Vista, but should be Windows 7 compatible. Go ahead and remove the old driver first. It's also a good idea to upgrade to the newest version of Internet Explorer.
