Can't find forwarding rule Exchange 2003 in Windows 2003 SBS

User is getting mail forwarded to them from another user, yet when I look at the client on the workstation there is no forwarding rule nor is there any mailbox being shared or a delegate set.
Need help finding out where this is coming from.

Have you checked the properties of the user in Active Directiry Users and Computers under Exchange Settings then delivery options, is there a user entered under the forward section?

Check this link

In the Delivery Options dialog box on a user Properties select the Forward to radio button in the Forwarding address section, and click the Modify button.

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

can you close outlook completely on the client and run the following:

Start > Run > Outlook /cleanrules

This will remove any rules that are associated with this mailbox.
