ISA Server - Trying to access an HTTPS website that uses port 8010 instead of 443.

I am currently trying to fix an issue where one of our users needs to access HTTPS://159.115.19.166:8010 which is coastline community college. They get the following error when attempting to connect.

Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL request from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests (12204).

From the error it looks like the website requires an HTTPS port of 8010 to connect, my question is how do I add this to ISA server? Thank you.
