GP Extender - Only GP System Admin can see extender windows not the users

This is my first time working with GP 10.0. I have installed  extender with SP4 on our server and Clients. I have also created multiple windows and notes using extender. I, as an admin, can see all the windows but the other users can not. Do I need to grant user access to the windows, if yes, how would I do that?

Yes, you will need to grant access through GP security.

Rather than me trying to post all of the steps, I would recommend reading Chapter 2 of the Extender User Guide, which should be located on your GP CD or DVD (or download file).  It should walk you through the basic steps, which you can then apply to your specific situation.

The file name is "ExtenderUserGuide.pdf"

If you are using GP security to strictly control access to GP windows, when you setup your security tasks, I would recommend that you consider creating separate tasks for different extender windows if different types of users will need access (i.e. AP vs. AR, etc.).

GP 10 security can be a bit obscure, so if you have any specific questions, let me know.
