i want to attached gif animated file in the email in the first page itself, how to do this in the outlook 2007.

Outlook 2007 does not display animated graphics files in the body of email messages. For sending an gif file you can try same which are actually for Outlook 2003: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011210011033.aspx
