Hi,

Iam running short of space in my C drive and I have other drives where free space is there. The OS is win xp pro, is there any software (freeware) where i can increase the partition size.

I tried with Power Quest Partiotion Magic 8.0 but it is a paid software version.

Win Vista and Win 7 have it inbuilt in them. If you plan to somehow upgrade to one of these OSes, you can partition/resize your hdd easily for free from the computer management console.
