You may utilize the MDT variable "ISLAPTOP" or "ISDESKTOP"  for this purpose. You may Implement this as follows:

    1. Create/Import the application in Workbench
    2. Within Task Sequence, Create a new Task using, "Add" --> "General" --> "Install Application"
    3. Within the "Install Application Task" properties, Select the radio button, "Install a Single Application" and choose your application.
    4. In the "Options" Tab, Click, "Add" --> "Task Sequence Variable"
    5. In the Condition box, Enter Variable as "ISLAPTOP" or "ISDESKTOP" (Any one, according to your requirement), Conditon, select as "equals" and in Value enter as "True". Click OK.

The selected application will be installed only of the condition is "True"

    Good Luck.

The best place to look at is the VARIABLE.DAT file (can be opened in notepad) located in MININT\SMSOSD\OSDLOGS folder.

Or you may refer to MDT Documentation Library (Toolkit reference - Properties)
