There is some kind of SAS/SATA multiple PORT adapter?

I am seeking a good cheap RAID card, i found this one:

http://www.lsi.com/storage_home/products_home/internal_raid/megaraid_sas/value_line/megaraid_sas_8708em2/index.html

its says that have 8 SAS/SATA connectors, but in picture is only visible 2!

In ebay we can see the same card with the same picture, its same product

http://www.lsi.com/storage_home/products_home/internal_raid/megaraid_sas/value_line/megaraid_sas_8708em2/index.html

So, the logic appoint to me a need for some kind of SAS/SATA mutiple port adapter, in other words, a plug that you connect this in RAID Card, and with it, its possible to connect another four HDs.

I found this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Tripp-Lite-Internal-SAS-to-SATA-Cable-Adapter-S508_W0QQitemZ180450262510QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2a03ac7dee

Its that what i ll plug in LSI MegaRAID SAS 8708EM2 ?

I am always open to suggestions and recommendations

Thanks for the attention

There are 4 lanes on each connector, can be split with cable similar to the one shown or if goes to an external enclosure with a SAS expander in it can trunk 2 or 4 lanes together for higher bandwidth.

There's more than one type of SAS cable, the card listed has SFF8047 connectors so you need cable with that plug end.

Good solution, just a detail to close topic, the cable model needed is SFF-8087 not 8047. Thank you
