CA brightstor Arcserve 9.0 backup solution

We are running an old version of arcserve 9.0, we had to rebuild the machine it was on and now after setting up the jobs they are failing.  I have 2 jobs the first one failed.  i will post the job log.  Also how do i update 9.0 with the latest updates to get it to verion 9.01?

hi

seems in your case the saying "old is GOLD" should apply as the backup went on perfectly well other than this error

Unable to connect to network drive. (DRIVE=\\SMG-MAINFS\MANAGERS, EC=DEV NOT EXIST)

the rest of them are all W3404 which is caused because the files are open or locked....

and this is happening with registry files and ntuser.dat files which is normal.

the update 1 for 9 is available for download from this ftp site
