Unable to print color on Ricoh AFicio MP 4500

Just migrated a 2003 domain to an SBS 2008 domain.
The network has a Ricoh Aficio MP 4500 in it.
This an MFP printer that faxes, copies, scans to folder, slices, and dices, and staples.

We are on 2008 64 bit so I downloaded the driver from the web site, installed on the server, also installed the XP driiver for the 32 bit clients, and set everyone up on the printer. No one can print color now and their are no options in the new drivers.

I am using the PCL6 driver. The copy company can get someone out here next week.
I am sure this is just some simple software issue. No one uses print codes so it is not that.

Thoughts? I do not see a separate color drive at the Ricoh web site.

Can you post the link to the drivers you installed, both for the main setup (Windows Server 2008) and for your client computers (Windows XP)?

Try this newer driver for the C4500 rather than the one for the 4500 that you posted...
