If you can attach to the internet on this computer I would highly suggest running this free online antivirus scan from a trusted AntiVirus company.

If you are infected it will tell you what you are infected with and suggest a solution.

Download Combofix and rename it to fc.exe prior to saving it to desktop.

try installing a free one like avast and doing a scan first, wipe any viruses, uninstall, reboot then try reinstalling the one you actually want. if it were me, i'd SERIOUSLY consider rebuilting the server if you can - its not worth the hassle sometimes when viruses get hold they put all sorts of stuff on your machine... plus not only security, but it will help with the reliability of the server if its been compromised.
Also, you might want to use Bast's security monitoring software once you get it going to ensure that it doesn't get corrupt / stop updating later on down the line. www.bastmonitoring.com check out the Bast Security Check on the server monitoring section. we use the full protection and i absolutely love it, but i think the security one is a super cut down version just to ensure your sorted for security checks. more info on the site.

oh, also, sometimes those AV's have trouble if a previous version has been installed and not properly uninstalled... thats worth looking into...
