I have Active Directory 2003 distributed in more than 60 site.
I need to make full Health check for all DC & GC on all site, I need tools that can help me to check everything for those servers and the replication between them.

I'd recommend Microsoft Best Practices Analyzer as a start, run against all DCs. Of course, you'll need domain admin rights for it to run right.

You should be able to find it at Microsoft's download site.

You can also try the Microsoft IT Environment Health Scanner.  You can download from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=DD7A00DF-1A5B-4FB6-A8A6-657A7968BD11&displaylang=en.  I used it recently for my (much smaller) network and uncovered some issues.  I used this in conjunction with DCDiag and Repadmin to make sure my AD is healthy while planning my 2008 upgrade.
