install ndis im driver automatically

is there any way or source code to install  ndis intermediate driver on my network cards  in windows automatically?
(if there is a command-line code is OK)

If you have a basic driver package, complete with .inf/.sys/.cat, then you can certainly script this.....

DevCon wasn't the tool to install IM drivers as they're not installed using device manager, but thanks to you and while searching for DevCon I found snetcfg, which does exactly what I want.
