Questions about how ISCSI works in FreeNAS/Openfiler

I have some doubts about ISCSI in FreeNAS/Openfiler.

The Scenario:

1 FreeNAS or Openfiler server with:

1 ASUS P5Q Deluxe : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131297&cm_re=ASUS_P5Q-_-13-131-297-_-Product
6 HD of 2 TB  Seagate 5900 RPM : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148413&cm_re=2_tb_seagate-_-22-148-413-_-Product

The mobo have a Intel ICH10R chipset, the FreeNAS or Openfiler ll see it like a fake or real RAID?
In this case, the setup ll be a RAID 10 config (6TB)

The dual lan chipset are a Marvell 88E8056/88E8001 they are compatible with FreeNAS? and Openfiler?

If this motherboard wont be fully compatible with FreeNAS or Openfiler, what motherboard ll be a good option?

3 servers ll access this NAS server, so its need one more gigabit nic adapter, what is a good PCI-E 1x model? (easy to found, compatible and cheap)

I can mount the same ISCSI volume in the 3 different servers? the 6TB RAID 10 array ll be splited in 2 partitions of 3 TB, or not, i must use other share another share type, like samba?

Thanks and Happy New Year!

The poor conclusion for Standard OSs, software RAID works, for ESX and i, no
The main reason for this is that ICH10 is software RAID. ESX/ESXi are hardware raid only.  Onboard raid is referred to as "fake raid" which is the reason it is not supported
