Hi there;

Could you give the error description/info?
Could you check the event viewer for that error and post it here?

Best regards.

IT'S ACTUALLY A FEW OF THEM NOW:

THE FIRST SAYS:

HP PHOTOSTART PREMIER ERROR
THE PROGRAM HAS ENCOUNTERED AN UNEXPECTED ERROR
OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT

THE SECOND ONE SAYS:
EASYSHARE
COULD NOT BOOT THE APPLICATION

THE LAST ERROR COMING UP SAYS:
NORTON ANTIVIRUS FIREWALL INSTALLMONITOR HAS ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS AND NEEDS TO CLOSE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVEINENCE.........DONT SEND......SEND........ARE THE OPTIONS...NEITHER WORKS.

I HOPE THE FIRST ERROR IS JUST BECAUSE THIS PERSON IS NOT CONNECTED TO THEIR PRINTER, THE NORTON ERROR IS BECAUSE NORTON WAS REMOVED, WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT I TRIED TO GO IN THE REGISTRY AND DELETE EVERY INSTANCE OF NORTON BUT THE ERROR STILL PERSISTS...ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

THIS IS A COMPAQ TOWER.............COMPAQ PRESARIO.........SR1330NX.........SERIAL...CNH447OHL9...............IT'S RUNNING WIN XP HOME SP2

THANK YOU

Which one had first appeared?

I recommend reinstalling Norton Antivirus to see whether we reproduce the problem again?

Btw, could you comment without CAPS? It's a little tiring to read the comment.

Best regards.

Hello I am also getting this error:

HP PHOTOSTART PREMIER ERROR
THE PROGRAM HAS ENCOUNTERED AN UNEXPECTED ERROR
OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT

However I didnt see any answer here that resolved that error specificaly.  I know Norton has nothing to do with it because I never had Norton on my computer. It started when I tried to delete some HP software so I could do an install and reinstall on computer which is also an HP. So, how would I go about getting rid of this error. I ran a registery cleaner but that didnt work either.
