Below is a copy of the bounce. The weird thing that I don't understand, is that I'm not actually sending via the SMTP that my ISP has provided me.

My ISP is puntonet.ec
However, the SMTP server I have set up in my email programs is mail.ministryideaz.com

Is there some way that I can tweak it so that no mention of Puntonet.ec goes with the message? Unfortunately changing ISP isn't much of an option. I'm in Ecuador. Standards are lax here, which is why these people get blacklisted. Meanwhile, their customers (me) suffer and I can't email my clients.

Make sure your SPF Record is setup properly, but even that won't unblock a set of IPs that belong to an ISP that are blacklisted ... Unfortunately, I think you are going to have to fight with your ISP over their standards ... You MIGHT be able to get around this however, by using a smarthost for email ... a single email address outside of the scope of your ISP, forward all your mail thru that email server that is not blacklisted ... you will need to have a properly setup SPF Record for that solution.

Thanks for the quick response. That's what I needed to know. I'm going to do my emailing via remote desktop on my computer in Canada. That will solve the problem. Too bad it's not possible to do it locally. I was getting 25% bounces. Ridiculous!
