Does windows cluster should connect to domain controller? I have domino server running on windows cluster. Could I disconnect the server from network & DC for testing purpose?

Is there any effect of the cluster service if I changing the cluster ip?

Also, I get a problem to start the cluster service and get message in event log id: 1009 "the clustering service could not join an exiting cluster and could not form a new cluster. The clustering services has terminated. How to solve?
