I have 6 domain (one Parent and 5 child). How can I know the number of users per domain? Does there a command line which can help me on this?

I really like Joe Richard's adfind tool for this because he has a -c switch (for count)
http://www.joeware.net/freetools/tools/adfind/index.htm
you can run this in each domain
adfind -default -f "&(objectcategory=person)(objectclass=user)"  -c
 if you want to search the gc for all domains use
adfind -gc -f "&(objectcategory=person)(objectclass=user)"  -c
Thanks

Hi,

Use this command: NET USERS /DOMAIN >USERS.TXT

also check this for further information: http://www.petri.co.il/list_all_users_and_groups_in_domain.htm

I try the commad, it's give me:

C:\Program Files\Support Tools>adfind -default -f "&(objectcategory=person)(obje
ctclass=user)"  -c
'adfind' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
