400 Bad Request

i have a wildcar on iis7 which handles all requests by global asa but the problem is

....mpg is the file name but it returns bad request
when i change it to
a.a.a.a.mpg it works but when two dot makes a neighborhood it returns 400 bad request

    Can you run your valid and invalid urls here and post the response:

    "....mpg" is an invalid filename for windows filesystem.  You will need to use urlrewrite module to translate it to a valid filename first.

    and iis7 url rewrite module as given below

    the url pattern :*)/(.*)

    and result :{R:1}&ad={R:2}
