How to record conference calls using Skype?

Experts please
For my work as a researcher and author, I inteview people, often two at a time using Skype to access landlline phones.

I want to be able to record all sides of the conversation for later analysis. Can I do this with Windows 7, or do I need a special application--in which case suggestions would be helpful, please?
