Hi Experts,

How do i recover a user's complete email message due to the following:

"Some parts of this message were removed because they violated your email server's policy"
"<path> was removed from the message because it violates your mail server's policy"

please advise.

Do you have a virus or spam scanning software that grabs the messages before they get to GroupWise?  If so, look at what is being scanned (policies, etc.)

The message you post regarding something being removed has to have happened before the message was encrypted and placed into the GroupWise system.

If the message you've posted came from an internal person, go to that person's mailbox and look at their Sent Items.  If it came from outside the company, contact the user who sent it.

Hope that helps..
