How do you increase bandwidth by combining ISPs?

Is it possible to use more than one ISP to combine the bandwidth offered by both for a faster network/ Internet connection?

Example: We currently use 7 bonded T1s as our primary ISP at our HQ office. This provides Ethernet (10 Mbps) bandwidth. We are still under contract with our previous Internet provider using Time Warner Cable Biz Class. We have no use for the TWC service any longer, but if we could "bridge" the two providers and get faster up/ down speeds by adding the TWC service (7 Mbps down/ 2 Mbps up) to the T1 connection, we could utilize the extra speed from TWC instead of just wasting it while waiting for our contract to expire.

Our network uses a SonicWall NSA 2400 firewall/ router that has five unused interfaces.

If this can be done, I would also be interested in using the same (or a similar method) to increase the throughput on my laptop while working in the field. Sometimes my AT&T wireless card provides better upload speeds than the broadband connection offered by most hotels.

Can I use a WiFi or wired hotel connection and my cellular card at the same time to increase bandwidth?

I went through several products for such a solution ; I only have found that Cybroam can do that :

This can help you with the office issue but will not do with the personal laptop requirement
Link bonding solutions provide exactly what you are describing above.  They will provide for dynamic DNS and allow you to bond your throughput from multiple providers.  A couple of examples of this are Xnetworks and Barracuda.  You can contact us at www.wirednetworks.com for a quote.

As far as your laptop that is a separate issue and link bonding doesn't make sense here.  It works best in a static environment.

Would that solution mean using additional hardware, or configuring the SonicWall to combine the bandwidth?
Xnetworks and Barracuda provide link bonding hardware solutions, Sonicwall does not have this ability that I am aware.
What general price range would that entail?
Monthly service charge of roughly $75 with Xnetworks and a one-time with Barracuda that I am not aware.
As far as combining bandwidth for my laptop using the wireless card and the hotel LAN, would bridging the network connections accomplish this?
