You right click on the shared folder - select properties - security
and there set the desired permissions.

Hi,

Well, if the users have READ access, they can copy anything they want.

But basically, what you are trying to do is almost impossible.
What prevents the user when he opens the file (because you must allow
them to open it) from just copying the contents ?
Basic permission is 'read' and that means he can open file.
Copying the contents is also in the 'read' permission.
So I say it is not possible...
Basic rule in folders, anything that can be read can be copied.
As reading require all the data to be transferred to the reader system and hence there is no meaning of preventing copying (reader cant read without copy to the reader system). If you like to stop reading it then dont include them in shared folder.
You can disable 'read' with folder permissions but then what is a 'shared' folder for ?
