VB.net cannot set break point

Hi,
i am using vb.net 2008, and for some reason the compiler will not let me set a beak point on debug.print "Stop Here:"
Is there a setting in my project somewhere that i need to adjust ?
It used to do i before i did a format reload. I am running windows 7

Try rebuild your project.

Try this....
On Main menu click project , then click the bottom one (properties) then
look and see that your configuration and Platform combobox  have Active(Debug) and Active(AnyCPU).

If you right running in release mode your break point will not work.
