Unable to view Mcafee Agent log via website

Hi Everyone,

I just implemented McAfee EPO 4.5 but I cannot view the computers that are installed with Mcafee Agent logs via Port 8081 - http://computername:8081
I can telnet to the computer via port 8081 so the port is open.

Can anyone advise me any step that I might have missed out?

Are the logs not accessible via port 1934?
eg http://computername:1934

That is the default if I remember correctly.

Hi Antony,

Nope the logs cannot be accessed via 1934. The port should be 8081 because from the EPO server, when I select Agent->Show Agent Log, it brings me to http://IPaddress:8081.

I tried using both computer name and ipaddress via port 8081 but it failed. It showed HTTP 403 Forbidden.
