Exchange 2010 Incoming E-Mails blank

Hello,

We have just migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, and we have encountered the following problem.

1. 50% of Incoming emails are blank, this luckily seems to only affect my account, as no others have reported issues. Theese mails are totally blank, no subject, no body, no nothing. and its from external domains + Internal exchange emails.

Theese messages are blank in both OWA, Iphone(active sync) and my 2007 Outlook. I have NOD32 Enterprise to scan emails, ive removed the scanning of email feature and no change.

can you do message tracking and trace those emails, also can you enable advanced message  view and check from where did you receive those email?

Hi,
Since this is restrcited to your account only, I would be tempted to believe this is more to with your account only.
Move your mailbox over to another DB and see

I am really new to Exchange 2010 so you can imagine im abit lost still where its totally changed from 2003 ;)

Didnt know how i could export it in a good fasion

MT would be of no great help here, as it will not track the body for you....give a shot to what I suggested.
Did you try running ExBPA to see if any issues, otherwise I do not see an issue. WHat AntiSpam do you use?

Ok, will try moving it to a new DB.

We use nod32 at client computers, and as main email gateway we use clamav, but this also effects organisation emails, wHich dosnt pass trough the mta.

i will get back as soon as i moved my mailbox and tried it out.

Hi, did you resolve this as I am having exactly the same problem.  Just one user, I deleted his mailbox and user account but have the same problem.

Hey, I still havent had time to move the mailbox, gonna do it first thing next morning and see when the mails drops in during the day.

Hi, I found the problem with my single user.  You're not going to beleive this but I stopped NOD from scanning emails and now it's working fine.  This confuses me as everyone else has NOD with email scanning on and they work fine.

Nod didnt solve my problem though. So no closing yet :)

Ive encounterd other problems with my mailbox now also, that internal mails dosnt even reach me.

They get errors like, roughly translated. "Couldnt deliver to the following recipient or groups: HYPERLINK "MAILTO: IMCEAEX-_O%WORLDCLASS%CLASS_OU..... etc"

Diagnostiks for administrators:

#440 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##"

Wierd thing is, most users can send to me, but some cant.

About to completley remove my user now and start from scratch.

Im sorry ive neglected this question since i was the one opening it, been abroad working.

Anyways, i solved it by deleting my mailbox totally and adding again under another DB and that solved it :)
