recommended group policy settings for windows sbs 2003 clients

guys,

since our server crashed the other day and the backup tape doesn't work anymore... can anyone suggest a good setting for group policy for my users for my Windows SBS 2003? majority of my client computers are running windows xp pro.

would appreciate your recommendations.

thanks in advance.

Where I am I support a federal customer and we have to use some mandated security settings known as FDCC  http://nvd.nist.gov/fdcc/index.cfm
http://csrc.nist.gov/itsec/download_WinXP.html
I have also been at other places where the users have more freedom and not as many lockdowns.
You may want to look at FDCC to get a feel for some settings for lockdowns but every environment is different.
Thanks
Mike
