Email Bounds back

I have a cutomer that is sending me emails but she keep getting this bounds back message:
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT
    host []: 571 Delivery not authorized, message refused

Please help.

    The ISP of your customert has not properly setup the reverse dns lookup for smtp gateway.

    Please see the URL below for details.


    There is nothing you can do with the Windows 2000 Professional computer that your customer uses.

    You need to ask your customer to contact her ISP.

    It sounds like the user can't relay e-mail through that SMTP server.  Jackieman is right, call the ISP.

    One question: are you the only one she's getting a bounce for? In that case I would check the blacklisting databases for both your MX records or IP (domain names: or corresponding IP).
