Two previously deleted users still appearing in BES event viewer error log

Hi - We have BES version 4.1 running on SBS 2003. Over a month ago we deleted some users from the AD and removed the users from BES. However, the Event Viewer still logs these 2 users, see messages below. And in the BES manager it shows the total number of users as 9 yet we only have 7. How can i flush out the users from memory?

Sorry for the delay on this one but i checked the link, it requires a login , i would rather not signup - This is a tricky one to resolve because i cannot find a way to flush out the memory of the Blackberry database - maybe its stuck somewhere in the SQL Express database that BES relies on but i am not adapt at playing with that - any ideas?

Take a backup of the database first.

Then try handheldcleanup /u
