how to add "NETWORK SERVICE" folder?

Hi, I'm new to this, I've encountered the same problem. What do you mean by adding "NETWORK SERVICE" folder with read and write?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

NETWORK SERVICE is not a Folder, its a USER in windows, so basicly you need to go to security tab of your folder choose NETWORK SERVICE user and give read and write permissions.

The core issue is perrmissions.  Try going to the files and coping them, the ones that that fail are the files that will need their privs updated.  Network services, or local admin should do the trick.
