Recovering deleted mail in Exchange 2007

I am attempting to recover a user's mailbox into a folder in test2\recovered data using the command line. After entering the command all I get is a
">>" prompt, see below. any commands entered here do not elicit a response. Can anyone shed light on this? Am I entering the wrong command?

You've got a rogue apostrophe character in the second command just after the -Identity parameter. That apostrophe will throw Powershell's string handling off.

Remove the apostrophe per the below command, then try again.

Restore-Mailbox -RSGMailbox 'xxx' -RSGDatabase 'recovery storage group\third mailbox database' -Identity 'test2' -targetfolder 'recovered data'

Create a new user and reconnect this mailbox to that user. Then open in Outlook and export as neccesary
If the user has an offline storage file(.OST) file in his local computer, then he can also use Advanced Exchange Recovery to scan and recover the deleted emails from the .OST file. Some info can be found at
