Hi,

Are you using a smarthost? If not, what does the SMTP log on your server (or front-end server) have for that message. Assuming of course you are logging SMTP.

Did you track the message? Start the tracking from the back-end using the guy, server and message ID. It should show transmitting it to the front-end. If so, then you can concentrate on looking at the front-end.

If you are using a SmartHost, does it log, or is it at the ISP? You need to determine if it got to the SmartHost. Again, the SMTP log could show this.

Hi,

Most probably there is some temporary problem with the recipient server. But for making sure every thing from your end Use the DNS Report tool.  Type in your domain name (i.e., mydomain.com) in the box next to the DNS Report button and then click the button.  It may take a few minutes, but you will get a long page showing results from the various tests that are run.  Look for anything that is highlighted in RED (very important - usually things that will cause something to not work correctly) or YELLOW (less important, sometimes can cause problems, sometimes not).  If you don't understand the results, post back anything that is highlighted and we'll help you out.

Hi,

Do you have postmaster@wykous.com created? if not create it and then recheck thte mail server CheckDNS.NET.

Also, the current log seems to be fine. One thing you need to ask your ISP is create a PTR record against your mail server IP: 72.159.70.30 to point at mail.wykous.com
