I dont have a KB Number, I am on my way home at the moment :-)<br />

But this issue has occured on my own personal macbook and I updated from the above links, i was using Snow Leopard and office 2008.<br />
As I previously mentioned, if it is only this user having problems with receiving emails and all others are fine it will be fine after the update or try creating a new profile for the user on a windows machine to verify whether its a problem with his / her mailbox<br />

One of my user who is using Entourage 2008 on his MacBook, he can send email via his Entourage but cannot receive. &nbsp;Checked his mailbox on Exchange 2007, the email can be delivered to his mailbox.<br />
