accidently removed user from SQL. Now cant login to management studio

Fellow Sys admin removed user from sql server database. Unknown to Sys admin was that the 'user' was used to log into Management Studio. Now cant log into sql server Mgt Studio. how do i get back into sql server mgt studio

    have your sysadmin add the user back.

    thats the problem we cant log back in to sql server mgt studio

    ok.  are you able to log onto the machine (physical machine) as an admin.  the admin user is likely still able to log into the instance.  log onot the physical machine as an admin, open ssms, then readd the user that was deleted.
