Hi There,

I have a 4 computers that are all close to each other and 3 of the 4 computers have wireless keyboards and mice.  The problem I am having is when one person is working on there computer making mouse clicks and moving there mouse around or keyboard clicks it interferes with one of the computers close by.  It stops the other users from being able to move the mouse cursor and type on the keyboard.  Is there a way to change the frequency on these keyboards and mice so they don't interfere?  They are all Microsoft Keyboards and mice.

You should be able to just resync the mouse and keyboard to the wireless reciever.  Push the button on the reciever and when the lights are flashing push the connect buttons on the bottom of the mouse and keyboard.  This will renew the frequency of the set.  You may have to do it more then once to get them all working without a problem.
