I have a server running Symantec System Center (SSC). I have setup a redirect on our router to redirect traffic for our AntiVirus to the server that is setup with the SSC. When Setting up users that are external to our corporate network I am able to set them up as a managed client and our server shows up as an available server but after the install the client never shows up in the SSC to manage. Is there anyway to make this work?

External Computers not showing up in Symantec System Center
