I don't know about prepopulating a list in mstsc but if you use the remote desktops snap in you can create your own list of servers and then save that. Instead of launching mstsc you can simple click on your remote desktops program icon.

yeah I know that ,but my issue is that i have a list of servers that i have never logged into and will never log into again , i have this in a text file and have to type (or cut and paste) each one in one at a time
