voice recognition using java

       I am undergoing a project entitled "segmented memory recurrent neural network in java", Using harr, daubechies algorithm, i could find the frequency difference of audio files, so i can differentiate the audio files, which is not applicable for recognizing voice of the same person, In order to find that, what are all the criteria and measurements i need to implement in my java application, i want your suggestions and sample code for voice recognition using java.
