no I don't have the cd that came with my computer...my computer does burn dvds, is there a way to go to microsoft and burn one of those boot cds?<br />

My &nbsp;SONY DVD RW DW-Q58A plays dvds but does not play cd roms. &nbsp;<br />
I have erased the upper and lower filters.<br />
Would someone walk me through the steps to see if I can resolve this or buy a new driver?<br />
