What I really needed to know is this. &nbsp;I have setup a normal backup and selected the files needed for backup. &nbsp;Then I setup two diffferential backup with the same files selected one on monday and another on wednesday. I choose to remove any other backups was that the right thing to do?

I need to do a normal backup on Friday and a differential on Monday and Wednesdays do I have to append these or can I just have any olds ones deleted and a new one made. &nbsp; I am using NT &nbsp;Backup Windows sever 2003.

Backups

The term "Backup" means the methods and processes involved to copy computer data (system data as well as application data) to media other than the ones where the data originally live (disk, tape, optical, cloud).
