I too had the same problem, I went searching and came upon http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrclients/thread/7dfdbc80-8a65-447a-be38-3f4ec5379927.

I found that they were talking about various patches to the dot net framework. I installed the first patch at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952883, and it fixed my problem.

I did this after taking into consideration the autodiscover issue.

Please log into OWA and check if the problem persists.
If so, will this help?

Did you went through the reasons specified in the article :

Reason 1: Wrong Autodiscover Service settings
Reason 2: Wrong certificate
Reason 3: Wrong permission settings on the EWS virtual directory.
Reason 4: Logged on with another user account

Have you got  a SRV record in your public dns  for your autodiscover?

Do you get this message from within the LAN as the exchange server is on ?

no its not a copy and paste from the link you provided, rather the link raju provided in his post ;

next time don't pin point people, we are all here to help ; don't waste the user's space by checking what others are doing.

Also, did you even bothered to read what I wrote (again for your eyes ONLY)

I was reminding him the article link he posted as this is on there, if you care to read it.

As he says in his question "with this document i could not resolved the issue, looking farword for your help." I thought of re-confirming whether he actually have gone through that.
=============================================================================

Also, what you have done is a copy paste too (The Links), apart from informing the user that you had the same problem, thats what we all do here sometimes to save time.

Hi,

using autodiscover service i am able to configure my profile, the problem is when i am setting OOF.

Reason 1: Wrong Autodiscover Service settings   ( Tested  its fine )
Reason 2: Wrong certificate ( Tested  its fine )
Reason 3: Wrong permission settings on the EWS virtual directory. ( Tested  its fine )
Reason 4: Logged on with another user account ( Tested  its fine )

Have you got  a SRV record in your public dns  for your autodiscover?  ( Yes configured SRV Record )

Have you followed the post NETCMH has posted the link for at technet ?

As Netcmh has mentioned :" I installed the first patch at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952883, and it fixed my problem"

I would suggest to try that first ;

is this with the clients on the same LAN as the exchange server itself or clients outside or everyone on your exchange box ?

Make sure you have Integrated authentication on EWS and no SSL forced.

Make sure when you run Test EmailAutoconfiguration you get the VALID ---- VALID urls for EWS and other services. it is not about just getting the test passed it is about getting the valid URLS

You should be able to browse through the URLs that you get (EWS url) and make sure there is no certificate error while browsing that URL.

What about newly created user can you set OOF for him please check.

Hi Team thanks for every one who is trying to help me here, I am able to configure  OOF now, my problem has been resolved.

previously in  EWS  i have assigned "  https://webmail.exchangesetup.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml".

i removed it and  in SSL authentication enabled 128 bit encryption.

Special Thanks for  "  mutahir,netcmh and Narayan_singh: ".
