Outlook 2007 folder permissions

Exchange 2003/Outlook 2007 - Outlook 2007 inbox subfolder is shared.  In folder permissions tab it displays NT USER:S-1-5-21-386157599-140406522-196506527-2209 with owner permission level.  User tells me she did not share the folder.  Looked at mine and I have a similar user listed however my folder was not shared.
thx

I thought that was the case.  How would a user (now deleted) get owner permission without the Outlook user's permission?
