Outlook crashes on attempts to reply/forward html email messages.

We are using Microsoft Outlook 2007, and it crashes every time we try to reply/forward html emails that contain a specific html link. We need to be able to send the email in html, and that link has to be included. There is no problem with add-ins, there are not event log entries that show any errors, and it works fine with html emails that do not contain that link, and plain-text emails are fine too.

Thanks for all your help.

So if you open Outlook using
    Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe
Then try to send the email with the link, it still crashes?

Also check to see you have the latest SP Installed as it fixes several "Crash" issues within Outlook 2007:

We actually have SP2 installed. i tried it in safe mode and it worked, but then when I tried it without safe mode it was ok too, so I can't tell it it was safe mode that did the trick, but it did work in safe mode so I suppose the credit does go to apache09 because he did in fact make the suggestion.
