We just installed an update for a financial application on our workstations that have Skype loaded on them (Windows XP Professional workstations) and after the install every time we start Skype (downloaded the install straight from the website-unloaded and reinstalled it numerous times) it says:

The application has failed to start because odbcbcp.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.  Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

Actually before I got to try this I copied that file from the i386 directory to the c:\windows\system32 directory and it worked fine.  The other application install must have deleted it for whatever reason from the system32 folder.  THANKS! :)
