Remove the Auto text in outlook 2003

Hi Experts:

When one of my outlook 2003 users replies to an email message and tries to edit her signature, the enter key will automatically add her name

i.e. jacob marintzer
     Kansas State University  [enter]
     {Jacob Marintzer}

This only happens when she tries to forward or reply to a message it she creates a new message and edits her signature the enter key goes to the new line and does not create any text.

As a note we are using Exchange 2003 and we have rebuilt her computer but the issue still persists.
