SQL Installation Failed

I am installing an application that also installs an instance of SQL 2005. Usually this is an "accept all defaults" kind of installation. For the first time in many many installations, I am getting an error when SQL goes to install SP2. When trying to Authenticate, Windows is the default method and has always  just worked. For the first time ever, I am getting an error.  I have attached a copy of the error. Like I said.. Usually this install runs pretty much unattened.

You need to have administrator rights to the local computer to start the SQL instance.  Log into the computer with the appropriate account.
